ManpowerGroup Bosnia and Hercegovina is searching for a motivated candidate to take the challenge and to successfully fill the position of HR Consultant within an international delivery organization.

HR Consultant plays a important role in the growth of the Company. We are currently searching for trustworthy person skilled in recruitment and selection processes, with pronounced communication and negotiation skills, goal oriented and team player.



  • Management of employment projects;
  • Creating ads, advertising open positions, screening biographies and short-listings;
  • Providing an exceptional impression to candidates through communication, contacting and providing feedback to candidates;
  • Candidate database administration;
  • Attracting passive candidates through direct search and contact;
  • Interviewing and evaluating candidates;
  • Checking references;
  • Preparation of candidate reports and process reviews;
  • Identifying and evaluating trends and possible options, selecting and implementing implementation plans together with other sectors and senior management of the group;
  • Realization of training in the determined design;
  • Operationalization of strategic goals within business lines;
  • Attending sales meetings if needed;
  • Prepares contracts and other documentation required for registration and deregistration of workers as well as registration and deregistration of workers;
  • Coordinates and monitors vacation leaves, overtime work, maternity leave and sick leave;
  • Issue certificates to employees (on the amount of income, certificates for banks, etc.);
  • Prepares business documentation for submission to accounting;
  • Performs other administrative tasks;
  • Keeps records of payment of company costs (telephone, lease, etc.);
  • Daily communication with clients;
  • Field assessment and interviews;
  • Preparation and participation in various research and assessment projects;
  • Performing all other duties as requested by the direct Team Lead or Manager


  • University Degree (preferably in Psychology)
  • Minimum of 1 year of work experience in similar HR positions
  • Fluent in English (German is a plus)
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
